Period of your stay in Japan has to be less than 6 month.
You can purchase general-goods in shops free of 10% consumption tax under certain conditions.
Consumables is (fishing bait) exemption excluded.
For tax-free shopping, you must present your passport.
Total spending of over 5,000 JPY excluding tax. You cannot combine spending with consumables.
You must take the tax-free goods out of Japan.
Goods purchased for business or commercial purposes are not eligible for the tax-free program.
Tax-free procedures will be processed at the shop where you purchase the goods and cannot be processed together with goods purchased in other shops.
Tax-free procedures will be processed on the day you purchase the goods. Tax-free procedure of goods purchased on a different day in not possible.

The tax exemption offered by our group refers to exemption from consumption tax in Japan, and is a special tax law measure established for foreign customers.
